We provide a diagnostic tool to gather information about the customer experience at the moment of truth – the moment of interaction between customers and members of staff. As a Confero mystery shopper, you will enter (or call) a business, evaluate the products and services offered, naturally interact with employees and report findings to Confero by completing a detailed online survey. Posing as average customers, mystery shoppers receive unbiased treatment and thus can give accurate, objective feedback. For some assignments, our shoppers provide prize information or certificates to employees who meet the specified criteria when the shop is completed.

We are always looking for people who are reliable, detail-oriented and have good written communication skills.
